The Conser- <br /> vation Commission has verified wetlands delineation, Mr. McQuaid informed <br /> the Board a building permit was not pulled for this project. Variances are <br /> required from well to septic , however alternative locations are- available <br /> for placement of -the septic which would eliminate--the need for variances. <br /> Mr. Dohe rt,y sated the grade of s l ope on I i,ne f rom;- h e s tied i s- not de i i- <br /> heated on plans. <br /> Mr. Costa stated th i s proposa 1 may requ i re approva.I from the Board of <br /> Apea l.s. <br /> Mr. McQuaid recommended this Board await a determination from the Build- <br /> ing <br /> uild- <br /> ing Inspector as to whether this proposal exceeds zoning regulations, <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated the engineer will be required to revise plans as they <br /> do not delineate the water line or slope of grade from the shed <br /> Lot 146 Route 130 <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board a variance is required from proposed <br /> well to abutting septic. <br /> Mr. Creel i sh motioned to grant the variance from local Board of re- <br /> quirements <br /> e- <br /> quirements between owners well to abutting septic,,- Mr. Doherty sec- <br /> onded, -all <br /> ec- <br /> onded, -all agreed. <br /> { <br /> Costas residence - Great Neck Road Borth <br /> Mr. Evans stated he has notified the Fire Department and office for <br /> Children who in turn notified the Department of social Services. Mr. <br /> Evans stated he did forward a certified letter to the residence re- <br /> questing a reinspection of the premises, however it was forwarded to <br /> a post office box number and has not been picked u . <br />
