Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of January <br /> 18, 1990, Mr. Greelish seconded. <br /> N BGNVI - "Southport it <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board Mr. Bonvi is present this <br /> evening to submit a bond in the amount of $2 ,500.00 as previ- <br /> ously requested by this Board. <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented if the development were not com- <br /> pleted in its entirety the amount submitted may not suffice <br /> for the reconstruction of the septic system to create a Title <br /> V system. Mr, McQuaid stated he would like Mr. gonvi to ac- <br /> knowledge this possibility and agree to be liable for the <br /> connection. <br /> M '. Greelish questioned Mr, Bonvi as to how many units <br /> are currently under construction. <br /> Mr. Bonvi stated 102 units and explained he did request, <br /> at a prior meeting of this Board, up to 50 occupancy permits <br /> prior to the treatment plant going on-line. ' Mr. Bovi stated <br /> he would provide to this Board a written contract with a <br /> pumping company for any subsequent occupancy permits and will <br /> submit another bond to cover oasts for any additional pumping <br /> required. <br /> Mr , Greelish stated, in his opinion, an additional bond <br /> would not be necessary, <br /> Mr. Doherty was in agreeance 46 <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the certificate of <br />
