Creel ish recommended, in matters involvingunli- <br /> censed individuals operating within the town, this Board hold <br /> lip a disciplinary hearing and assess a fine. The only require- <br /> ment would be to notify the individual and recommend legal <br /> counsel attend the hearing with the individual. <br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr, Evans to research proper proce- <br /> dures for enforcement of this violation. <br /> 14, ) Copy of memo from Board to_ Town Hall Bl 1 . Evans informed the Board the "As Built" Mr, Flaherty <br /> submitted did not delineate the location- of the septic tanks <br /> and leaching facility. <br /> Mr. Costa explained the Board's policy to- Mr* Flaherty. <br /> Mr. Flaherty stated his installer was under the impres- <br /> sion he had submitted the cards months ago, Mr. Flaherty <br /> stated he is unable to obtain the engineers card as he has <br /> been unable to pay for services rendered by their firm. <br /> Mr. Oreelish suggested Mr. Flaherty retain another engi- <br /> neering firm, <br /> Mr. Costa informed Mr. Flaherty 'AAs Builth cards rust be <br /> submitted prior to sign-off on occupancy. <br /> *NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> School ins actions <br /> Mr. Evans reported to the Board neither school proposes <br /> to close heir kitchens, however if school menus are the same <br /> one kitchen will be utilized to prepare the food, they would <br /> then satellite it over to the other. <br /> FOR THE RECORD <br /> Board members expressed their disappointment in the <br /> School departments inferences that recent layoffs and lack o <br /> school lunch participation were due to bottled water require- <br /> ments and protocol procedures mandated by the Board o <br />
