Evans to contact the D, .w. <br /> in the morning. <br /> Complaint-owner -Labute <br /> Mr. Evans informed the Beard this complaint was received <br /> by the Conservation Commission and referred to this Board. <br /> Mr. Evans stated he inspected the site which, reeled a long <br /> standing stump dump with other materials along a low wetland <br /> area. <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Evans as to whether the area <br /> had been approved as a dumping site. <br /> Mr. Evans responded, in speaking with Mr. Labute he did <br /> indicate he has been using the site for years with town ap- <br /> proval . <br /> . Costa stated this Board has not assigned the area as <br /> a stump dump or legal dumping site. Mr. Costa requested Mr. <br /> Evans to inform the Assistant Bldg. Inspector of this com- <br /> plaint and relay this Board has not assigned the location as <br /> stump dump. <br /> complaint - Stump dura i bash ee Falmouth town lime <br /> Mr. Doherty relayed he did receive a complaint regarding <br /> a stump dump found to be approximately 200 or 300 yards from <br /> the Mashpee/Falmouth line. Mr. Doherty stated he would in- <br /> spect the area for confirmation. <br />
