Doherty. <br /> THE 'APF IS NOT PAR'S' OF THE MEETING 1T IS FOR THE PURPOSE F <br /> TRANSCRIBING MINUTE . <br /> Mr, George R. Costa, Chairman <br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr, McQuaid to question the Town Accoun- <br /> tant as to whether the Recycling Committee Chairman may re- <br /> ceive reimbursement for mileage. <br /> Dolphin Bay <br /> Mr , Costa stated, in his opinion, it is not necessary to <br /> pursue the issue of water hook-up. In speaking with Attorney <br /> irraine theg ht-of-way, as originally delineated on plans, <br /> j does not include a buffer zone. Mr. costa stated Attorney <br /> i Kirraine did state his client would agree to deed a 501 <br /> buffer strap, located adjacent to the lagoon area, to the <br /> town. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve original plans, dated <br /> June 280, 189 Plan 1DS, submitted for the subdivision <br /> mown as "Dolphin Bay" with the understanding a 501 buffer <br /> +strip, located adjacent to the landfill lagoon area, shall be <br /> deeded to the town of Mashpee, -Mr, Greelish seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr, Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to forward a letter to <br /> Attorney Kirraine, Selectmen and the Planning Board inform- <br /> ing <br /> nfor t-ing them of this Board's decision. <br /> 1 . ) Warrants signed <br /> 2.
