Ms. Wheeler is requesting ars additional extension as public water- hook-rip was intended by last December, Mr. McQuaid stated he is recommending ap- proval for this request and was informed by Mr. Nate Ellis water hook-rip should be completed by June of this year. Mr. Costa stated timetable delays by the Water District in supplying public water to the moratorium area have created undue hardship for individuals desiring to build within this area.
