Developers are rely- <br /> ing upon certain dates for public water, financially tbi s <br /> could become a burden if delays occur, <br /> Mr. Costa suggested the developer allow for the instal- <br /> lation of wells should delays occur. <br /> Mr, Greelish motioned to release "The Highlands" , for- <br /> merly "Rams ate+l , subdivision plan from the- restriction of <br /> well to septic separations as presented on revised plans <br /> dated March 8, 1990, #89139, septic and building permits will <br /> be issued, however no occupancy permit will be issued until <br /> public water is flowing to the dwelling, Mr. Doherty sec_. <br /> onded, all agreed. <br /> Mr, Costa requested Mr, McQuaid to forward a letter to <br /> the owners, currently residing within the subdivision, recom- <br /> mending public water hook-up once it becomes available. <br /> .
