Costa, Stephen J, Greelish and <br /> John T. Doherty <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PARS` OF THE MEETING, IT 1S FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIBING MINUTES, <br /> Mr, George R. Costa, Chairman <br /> i <br /> 1 . Warrants signed <br /> IPOI TM IT: Cape & Islands Surveying - Variance request, 35 <br /> Wheelhouse Lane <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky, Attorney Brian Garner, representing <br /> abutters Lappin & Yanoff, Attorney William Henchy, represent- <br /> ing Vincent Poriello, Arlene Wilson, Environmental Planner <br /> and abutters Mr. & Mrs, Lappin were in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> Attorney Henchy presented revised plans to the Board and <br /> explained revisions delineate a two bedroom house. The ss- <br /> tem has been redesigned and relocated further from the edge <br /> of the wetland area. <br /> Mr. Costa questioned Mr,.. Slaviny as to wheither the <br /> dwelling has been scaled down where pans noir delineate a two <br /> bedroom dwelling. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated square footage for .the dwelling re- <br /> rains the same as delineated on original plans. <br /> Mr. Geelih explained under present By-laws the lot i <br /> unbuildable and commented even with the leaching ared abut- <br /> ting the road the lot is to marginal for plan approval, <br /> Attorney Henchy stated the house could be scaled down <br /> and trenches turned to meet a greater distance from the <br /> wetland area. <br /> Attorney Garner stated abutters are concerned with the <br /> location of the proposed trench, (abutting the roadway) , <br />
