MINUTES March 29 , 1990 3 BOARD OF HEAL'T'H <br /> Mr, Costa stated plans submitted required a variance, <br /> proper distances were not maintained from well to septic. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to issue a citation in the amount of <br /> $100*00to Pioneer Pump Company, Mr.. Doherty seconded, all <br /> agreed, <br /> Ir. Creelish motioned to grant a 461 variance from own- <br /> ers well to septic, a 1 • variance from abutting septic, <br /> (parcels 62 & 62A Nhono Rd. ) to owners well , a 22f variance <br /> from abutting septic, (parcel 66 Pegut Ave. ) , t owners well <br /> and a 391 variance from abutting well , (parcel 63B Nohono <br /> Rdo ) to owners septic and shall be referenced too plans on <br /> file dated February 9, 1990 plan #8-161 , fir. Doherty sec- <br /> onded, all agreed <br /> APP1NTiNT: Bill Lovell and A.W. Wilson - Proposed <br /> reenbriar Development <br /> Mr. Lovell. and FIs. Peggy F'antasi were in attendance for <br /> this scheduled appointment. , <br /> Mr, Lovell stated he is present this evening, on an in- <br /> formal basis, to discuss a Chapter 40B application for af- <br /> fordable housing. The location is proposed for the corner of <br /> Route 151 and Old Barnstable Road. Public water is proposed <br /> for the site. The site does abut a location defined as the <br /> "Zone of Contribution" , <br /> Ms. F'antasi informed the Board proposals do include the <br /> top of the foundation being about 21 above the lowest el - <br /> tin of the road. A 1000 gallon septic tank as opposed to <br /> the 1500 gallon requirement. Preliminary plans delineate a <br /> 61 unit cluster subdivision, each lot containing ap- <br /> proximately 10,000 square feet of land. <br /> Mr, Greelish explained the existing problems at United <br /> Church Village with the installation of 1000 gallon septic <br /> tanks - and 600 gallon Pits. <br /> Discussion took place regarding nitrate loading And its <br /> possible effects on the zone of contribution <br /> APPOINTMENT: George Thorng, (Arrow Eng. ) - 21 Brights Core <br /> Ir. George Thorng was in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. <br /> Mr. Thorng stated plans were approved by this Board pre- <br /> viously. Mr, Thorng informed the Board the system is in <br />
