Cahn re: House bill §1119 Mr. <br /> McQuaid informed. the Board the bill was narrowly defeated, <br /> however Boards of Health will now be required to indicate <br /> their rational behind adopting regulations. Mr, <br /> McQuaid requested this issue to be held until later in the <br /> meeting. <br /> . <br /> . meno from- Walter.^Yar'oshre: aoth -- Mr, Doherty <br /> stated he viewed the site and found extensive wash-out, how- <br /> ever there should be no danger of the building shifting, as <br /> long as, the issues are addressed. <br /> Ir. Doherty commented the treatment plant is not as near <br /> completion as Mr. Bonvi indicated. Ir.
