The proposed well location did indicate high so- dium levels, (unfit for human consumption) . The owner pro- poses to relocate the proposed well to the street side of the lot which will maintain a maximum distance o ' the abutting cesspool. Mr. McQuaid recommended this Board ap. prove the request and variances as the well would be upgradient from the leaching system and the repair would be a substantial improvement to the existing system. Mr. McQuaid recommended the owner sign the waiver which indicates no ad- ditional living space. Plans will be forwarded to D.Eep. . Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the variances necessary to relocate the well to the front of the lot, as delineated n revised plans dated February 7 , 1990 plan o , with the stipulation the owner sign the Board of Health waiver which stipulates no increase in bedroom space, Mr. Doherty sec- onded. 1 .
