r <br /> MINUTES May 10, 1990 2 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> 1 <br /> chemical dumping could have occurred, in order to impact the <br /> areas observed. <br /> Mr, Costa questioned Ms. Brook as to whether soil <br /> boarings would indicate the area in which the spill <br /> originated. <br /> Ms. Brock responded it is possible however as spillage <br /> occured many years ago and the major plug of the plume has <br /> passed would only produce minute residue. <br /> Ms. Brock commented the way that the ground waters con- <br /> tours are configured have resulted in seeps along the Mashpee <br /> River.
