4 <br /> MINUTES June 7 , 1990 3 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> will submit a letter tomorrow to this Board stating his in- <br /> tentions for drainage correction. <br /> Mr. Bonvi stated he has a contract with New England De- <br /> sign for 100% completion of the plant. Mr, Bonvi stated he <br /> has received a letter from the Bank, currently financing the <br /> project, stating they will financially fund the project. <br /> Mr. Bonvi stated if payment from the Bank is not re- <br /> ceived by next week he will board the treatment plant. <br /> Mr, Greelish requested Pyr. Bonvi t inform this Board <br /> periodically on the status of the treatment plant. <br /> APPOINTMENT: James Reiffarth - 422 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Mr~. Reiffarth was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board Mr, Reiffarth is request- <br /> ing <br /> e ue t- <br /> ing permission to install a Title V system. The system will <br /> be engineered, maintain adequate distance from the grater but <br /> will not tie-in until public water is made available. Mr. <br /> McQuaid stated Mr.. Reiffarth -is also requesting this Board <br /> allow the illegal addition to remain in its current condi- <br /> tion. <br /> Mr, Greelish questioned Mr. Reiffarth as to the current <br /> status of the addition. <br /> Ir. Reiffarth responded, the walls are up, the roof i <br /> partially on, the cement slab is down, window and door areas <br /> are open, there is plywood on the siding. <br /> Mr, McQuaid reminded the Board, if appro ra l is given, i t <br /> will set a precedent on both islands. The Building Depart- <br /> ment has ordered Mr. Reiffarth to take down the addition. <br /> Nor. McQuaid suggested fir. Reiffarth maintain the exist' <br /> ng addition in a -condition that could not be interpreted as <br /> n increase in habitable space, such as a porch or deck. <br />,.
