McQuaid stated he diel question Eastern <br /> Contracting as to whether the engineer was licensed at which <br /> time theme response was "they were unsure" , Mr. McQuaid com- <br /> ented, an unknown correction of Charles owley's "AsBuilt" <br /> would not be acceptable. l recommended Tibbett's engineering <br /> contact Eastern Contractor's, Charles Rowley and myself to <br /> verify the elevations of pit #10, <br /> Mr, Greelish motioned to direct the Architect that his <br /> current avenues will be to hire Tibbett's Engineering to cer- <br /> tify Tibbett's plan or provide an "As Built" from the in- <br /> staller with certification from Tibbett's engineer, Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded,, all agreed. <br /> 10, ) Pro osed olio re: Certificates of Inspection - Mr, <br /> , <br /> McQuaid informed the Board this proposed policy is a direct <br /> result of the anonymous letter received by this office re- <br /> garding sea Mist. 1 <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated this is a requirement of the state <br /> Bldg. Code however, the Bldg. Dept, has not been conducting <br /> these inspections. It is the Bldg. Dept's opinion the Health <br /> Department be involved in these inspections. Mr. McQuaid re-� <br /> layed he is agreeable to this request however, will hold re- <br /> tail and food inspections separately. <br />
