Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Carl Grassetti - Discussion, Cranberry Hollow <br /> Pyr. rassetti was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> p-pointmen . <br /> rF. McQuaid informed the Board D.E.P. has forwarded fi- <br /> nal approval for the Cranberry Hollow treatiment plant. In <br /> speaking with Mr. Grassetti he did relay Cranberry Hollow has <br /> been temporarily abandoned and thought Mr, McQuaid was refer- <br /> encing Stratford Ponds. Thr. McQuaid further explained when <br /> Stratford Ponds received their first occupancy permit in Feb- <br /> ruary 1989 it activated a time frame in regards to the spe- <br /> cial permit. Stratford Ponds has 15 months from their first <br /> occupancy permit to activate their treatment plant. <br /> Mr, Grassetti informed the Board five units are occupied <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed Mr. Grassetti ret with the Planning <br /> Board and was granted a 1 year grace period on the deadline. <br /> In reviewing files the Stratford Pond treatment plant has re- <br /> ceived final D.E.P. approval and a discharge permit was is- <br /> sued. .0 <br /> Mr , Grassetti explained as of this date wastewater has <br /> not entered the pp. pits, Septage was not flowing into the <br /> discharge field until recently. Mr. Grassetti relayed he <br /> would like the Board to authorize a septic permit for con- <br /> struction of the treatment plant.. <br /> Mr, Costa motioned to approve final plans for the <br /> septage treatment plant at "Stratford Ponds" as submitted, <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr, Costa motioned to grant a twelve month extension by <br /> which treatment plant operations must be completed, new expi- <br /> ration date is May 9, 1991 , fir, Doherty seconded, all agreed, <br /> .
