Lots 13 5, 1367, 1368A, 1368 & 1375 were ap- <br /> proved by this Board, permits are ready to be released. Mr. <br /> McQuaid discussed D'. . . requirements of 10' from a full <br /> foundation and leaching facility requirement of 201 from a► <br /> full basement. It has been this Hoards policy that if the <br /> invert elevation is below the slab or below the frost walls, <br /> lateral flow is not impeded and the health and welfare of the <br /> inhabitants is not affected, the requirement is mute. Mr. <br /> Crotse has revised plans to eliminate any sideline setback <br /> variances and has met the Boards criteria - where the leach- <br /> ing facility falls below the frost walls. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to approve revised plans as submitted <br /> with the stipulation a health agent witness soil conditions <br /> to 41 -below leaching facilities on lots where . observation <br /> doles did not read these depths, approval of lot 1377 is <br /> contingent upon health agents review and approval , Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to approve plans for the mews Pools <br /> Villas Phase 1V, with the stipulation plan review meets <br /> health agents approval., Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3 . CoPV of Public Heari I ng notice and letter to summerwood <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he met 'with Town Counsel who <br /> recommended the Board proceed with the public hearing and was <br /> of the opinion this Board may require Cotuit Corner and High <br /> Sachem Estates to hook into public water, <br /> . Memo from Personnel. re: Computer volunteers - Acknowl- <br /> edged <br /> 5. Variance request lot 71 Edgewater Road - Mr. McQuaid <br /> informed the Board this is a preexisting lot. The owner is <br /> requesting a 10' variance from owners well to septic. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to grant a 1. ' variance from local <br /> well to septic requirements, Mr. Doherty seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Revised subdivision plan John's Pond Realty Trust - <br /> r. McQuaid informed the Board revised plans were submitted <br /> which now indicate a reduction in the number of lots <br /> originally proposed, 3 to 1 . <br /> Mr. Cre fish commented illegal dumping in the area . has <br /> increased. Mr, Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to inform the <br /> owner in writing this Hoard will allot 14 days in which to <br /> clean up the area. <br />
