MINUTES December 6 , 1990 2 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> over 30 lots this Board should consider complying with the <br /> requirement. <br /> Mr. Slavinsy informed the Board of the costs to perform <br /> the study and commented all lots will be hooked into public <br /> water. <br /> Mr. Greelish commented this Board will require one or <br /> two tests wells for the purpose of sampling. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky questioned whether house wells would be <br /> acceptable. <br /> Mr. Greelish responded no, ground water Monitoring wells <br /> will be required* A letter will be forwarded to the Planning <br /> Board relaying this Board is of the opinion a water quality <br /> report is exc ssive do +this case,: if the property owner were <br /> to consent to two monitoring wells, for the purposes of ex- <br /> panding our monitoring .field, this would meet the intent o <br /> the water quality monitoring. _ <br /> i <br /> Board members agreed <br /> Mr. Slavinsky commented their is an existing monitoring <br /> well in place. <br /> Mr , Greelish stated if there is adequate data on the <br /> well it would be acceptable. <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented there have been subdivisions pro- <br /> posed since the Planning Board bylaw went into effect and <br /> have suggested locations for the monitoring wells, however <br /> there is no enforcement mechanism for the monitoring or peri- <br /> odic sampling. <br /> APPOINTMENT: New Seabury Eng,. - Bluff Cottages/Mews IST <br /> Mr. Michael Grotske was in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. Number 9 on the agenda is incorporated into <br /> this appointment. ) <br /> + Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he met with Michael <br /> rots e and Brian Zeppenfeld to discuss the Mews Pool Villas <br /> phase IV. Phase 'IV is part of one lot of which total flow <br /> will not exceed 15, 000 gallons per day. Mr, Grotske was <br /> asked to provide this information in waiting to the Board as <br /> this would resolve the issue of commonality on this one lot. <br />
