He stated -Weston & Sampson have submitted <br /> written recommendations for the awarding of the bid. <br /> Mr. Gree l i s h motioned to award the bid to Brockton E caating Contractors ,, <br /> Inc. with base ,bid of F$9, 91 .So, with alternate 1 bid price of $10,831 .50 for <br /> possible replacement of existing piping and based upon a 10% contingency, Mr. <br /> Milson seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Creel ish € oti-oned to approve Weston & Sampson engineering costs for <br /> lagoon rehab, with total aimount not t6 exceed $2,850.00, Mr. -Costa seconded, <br /> all agreed. L <br /> • r <br /> �equested <br /> Mr. Costa Mr. Mc-Qu-aid to inform Weston & Sampson of this Board's <br /> decision to award the contract to Brockton Excavating Contractors, Inc. and also <br /> request they prepare -the contract as soon as possible. <br /> Approval of billing from Weston & Sampson for bi-monthly inspections of <br /> landfill , to. be forwarded to the D.P.W. for payment) . <br /> The Board forwarded their approval and initialed the invoices. <br /> Summerwood Condominiums <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board- that a concerned resident of 8ummerwood <br /> informed this office that bottled water was not supplied to all residents of <br /> the condominium complex a nd requested a letter be forwarded from this Board to <br /> the Trustees of Summerwood Condominiums stating that all residents of the com- <br /> plex are untitled to- bottled water, supplied by the town of Mashpe . <br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to forward a reminder letter to the Board <br /> of Trustees of the Sur mer ood Condominium Complex. <br /> i <br /> Request for waiver of Title V requirements for septic tank capacity <br /> . McQuaid informed the Board that the owner is proposing to raise the <br /> cottage to provide for the addition of three bedrooms and commented the exist- <br /> ing systems capacity is 1000 gallon which met <br /> _Title V regal-rerents in 1980; <br /> i <br />
