Revised subdivision plan "M rans r Woods" (previously _approved by <br /> Bard of Health - continued until Health Agent McQuaid is in attend- <br /> ance. <br /> 2, Copy of letter from Weston a samps n to G. Hunt, D.E. .E. re: Landfill <br /> sur P an - Continued until Health Agent McQuaid is in attendance. <br /> APPOINTMENT: June Daley - Re appointment/review of stable rgs./Euthanasia <br /> Animal Control Officer June Daley was in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. <br /> Ms. Daley explained t the Board that as appointed' Animal Dffid r,. job <br /> related duties include wi ldi ife animal rehabilitation which involves removing <br /> sick animals from their natural habitat to her home for carie and often these <br /> animals will die during the night. She commented drugs will b 'Kept at horse <br /> with the exception of off hour calls and further commented that the purpose <br /> f the permit is to alleviate the pain of suffering o these animals. <br /> Ms. Daley stated the drugs utilized will be sodium penathol and ketamine <br /> and Dr. Lowrance will be supplying these drugs in small amounts. Mr, Daley <br /> also stated the drugs are effective to weight of 40 pounds. <br /> M . Gr ee l i s h motioned to grant a permit to Animal Officer June Daley <br /> to--carry or have in her possession a hypodermic syringe, needle or any instru- <br /> ment adapted for the administration f' c n rl 1 d substances in the Town of <br /> Mashp e wh i ch sha 11 ' be ut i 11 zed str i-ct ly for use i n p act i c i ng Eu•thanas i s of <br /> wild animals, Mr. Costa seconded. <br /> Discussion took place regarding proposed fennels in the town of 1asbp . <br /> Ms. Daly suggested an amendment to the by-laws , in regards to kennels , for <br /> this proposed project. <br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr. Daley to submit proposed amendments for the <br /> existing by-law at which time the Board will review for comments. <br /> Stable regulations: <br /> Mr. - Costa requested Ms. 'Daley to distribute, to appli-cable land owners, <br /> the revised proposed stable regulations and inform thea that comments ent shall <br /> be forwarded to this Board in writing within fourteen days at which time a <br /> public hear.ing will be conducted. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Fernandez -- Failed system T 55 Falmouth Read <br /> i <br /> Mr. & Mrs.- Fernandez were i n. attendance for this schedbled appointment <br /> Ir r <br /> I <br /> Mrs. Fernandez stated the system was installed 1'12 years ago and now <br /> appears to be in- failure... <br /> , <br /> i } <br /> I .t <br /> Mr.' Fernandez stated the system was not installed according to plans. <br /> I ' <br />
