Mr. COsta recommended fencing be installed along the road to screen the area. Mr. Greelish was in areeane however suggested a second fencing -be in- stalled n- stalled along -the perimeter of the initial fere e to prevent wind blown materials from escaping the area. McQuaid explained to the Board the original pert was conducted in 1980" , written comments from the health agent were repair of system failing. Mr. McQuaid stated plans and Title V application has not been submitted, in- dicating the system was never repaired. . Costa stated due to i nadequa.te i nfor�ma i provided, this Board cannot act on this variance request. fir. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to inform the owner that plans mast be submitted. - He stated this variance request will be continued until such time as sufficient information is provided to this Board.
