` MINUTES March 13, 1989 2 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to grant the permit for grease trap installation <br /> noting this permit as the final one to be issued for phase I , Mr. <br /> Creel i sh seconded, all agreed, <br /> . Perc extension request, C i C are I l i , 64 Sa psons Mill Road - fir. <br /> Costa stated the pert expires on March 31 , 1989. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a sic month perC extension with expira- <br /> tion date of August 31 , 1989, Mr. Wilson seconded, all agreed <br /> F LoCkstore Realty site plan , comments to Planning Board - Mr. McQuaid <br /> informed the Board,, the engineer has assured this Board no outside <br /> storage will take place a.t thi `fility. <br /> Mr. Costa stressed his opposition to outside storage at the faci-lity . <br /> and requested written reassurance from the developer that no outside <br /> storage will take place at the site, once received approval will be <br /> forwarded. Mr. Costa stated if outside storage is intended comments <br /> will be submitted to the Planning Board, <br /> The Board- was in agreeane. ; <br /> . Latest 'round of v.o.C. testing at Summerwood/Ashers Path - Mr. McQuaid <br /> informed the Board that no significant change has o Cured with exception <br /> of the D.P-.W. building. fir. McQuaid explained that {fir.. Evans has sub- <br /> mitted a written description of V.o.C. ' s found in this analysis, as well <br /> as, a few other ,organic and volatile compounds. <br /> r�. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to forward a copy of the results to all <br /> tenants and owners of the Summerwood .Condominium Complex, as well as, <br /> the owners and .tenants of the homes listed in the analysis. <br /> . Description of v.o.C. ' s by Orin Evans for telephone inquiries - The <br /> Board acknowledged the submitted description of v.o.C. ' . <br /> 10. ) South Cape Beach Advisory Committee, meeting ann ounce ent.', minutes and <br /> copy of Fe—ter to De vi l lars - Nor.
