MINUTES March 13, 1989 4 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board, the applicant is requesting a sideline <br /> variance, as well a ,- a flow diffusor variance as opposed to a pit due <br /> to ground water elevation and stated a cheek valve is proposed with a <br /> primary and reserve area, Mr,. McQuaid questioned the location of the <br /> edge of the wetland area shown on plans. He -explained -that .the owner <br /> is proposing a second floor addition and will upgrade the existing cess- <br /> pool to a Title V system. Mr. McQuaid informed the Board, all abutters <br /> are receiving High ood Water however written verification has not been <br /> received. <br /> Mr. costa requested Mr. McQuaid to contact the owner to provide addi- <br /> tional <br /> ddi- <br /> tional information , as to the enact location of the wetland area, cess- <br /> pool location , plot plan of lots 153 & 154 and building plants. Mr <br /> Costa stated this variance request will be continued until 'the infor- <br /> mation requested is submitted to this Board* <br /> NEW BUSINESS** <br /> Spring bill West <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated he is receipt of a request to waive the well permit <br /> fees for the..subdiVisi n,• Mr.' McQuaid stated three of these monitoring wells <br /> would allow town access however the remaining wells would eventually be turned <br /> into servicable we1.1s. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to waive the monitoring well fees for the three <br /> town access wells within the Spring dill West subdivision plan , Mr. Wilson <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> User .fee for Transfer Station <br /> Mr. costa stated this Board stet with the Selectmen today at 3:00 in re- <br /> f erence <br /> e-rfrence to -st i cker fees for 1 andf i 11 area. He stated it was agreed upon by <br /> this .Board and the Board of selectmen to set the fee of '$15-00 per household. <br /> Mr*. Costa commented it-was ascer�tai.ned that' this pr�ocedur shall commence ence as <br /> of July 1 , 1989. <br /> } <br /> Mr. Gree 1 i s h stated the D.P.W. will issue the stickers however they will. <br /> be asked when issuing the sticker-and vat i-dating against the assessor' s infor- <br /> mation,, <br /> n r- <br /> mation, they check to whether there is a dwelling 'listed for that particular <br /> piece of property . He commented if a "Aot owner feels there are circumstances <br /> that dictate a sticker permit, they will be' requ i red to -discuss the circum- <br /> stances <br /> irxcum - <br /> stances i th this' Board and/or Health Agents at which time a decision will be <br /> rendered to issue the permit, <br /> Mr. Greelish stated the only vehicles stickered will be the ones brought <br /> -to the D.P.W. and commented it -has -been suggested that a paid receipt be issued <br /> with a notat i orn stating ,one st i�c er has been issued or if both registrations <br /> are presented the cashier would mars that registration paid and a notation that <br /> the sticker has not been installed o . the vehicle, when. the vehicle is brought, <br /> at a. later date, to the D.P.W. the cashier will sticker the vehicle. <br />
