MINUTES March 13, 1989 6 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> APPOINTMENT: Cape & Islands, Variance request for Doherty, 67 Nini ret <br /> Mr. David San i cki and Mr. Will Hanson were in attendance for this variance <br /> request. <br /> Mr, San i o i informed the Board a 1000 gallon tank currently exists at. the <br /> site. He stated the pumping was witnessed by himself and the system-'i - in word <br /> i ng order, however could not verify ,the con i ion of the leaching field. <br /> Mr. Hanson stated the amount of bedrooms will not be -increased. <br /> Based- on plans on file the Board ascertained the existing system meets <br /> Title . requirement therefore would net require a variance. Upon notion <br /> u i r rude by Mr. Gree l i sh and seconded by Mr. c s to voted to' allow the expan- <br /> sion <br /> ars- <br /> sion with the stipulation no added flow is introduced to the existing system. <br /> R <br /> APPOINTMENT: i George Lombardo, Title V <br /> -F Varianee, D' osti no., 34 Seconsett Isis Rd. <br /> 14r. Lombardo was in attendance for this variance request. <br /> Mr. Lombardo informed the Board the 100 .foot distance from the system to <br /> a <br /> abutting wells has been met however the distance from the septic to well is <br /> 87 feet. <br /> Mr. costa stated a variance of 48 feet from the Mashpee regulations was <br /> previously approved by this Board. <br /> Mr. Greelish voiced his concern with the density of the area. <br /> Mr. Lombardo explained there will be no increase in sewerage flow and <br /> stated he has received approval from D.E. .E. pending this Board' s decision. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to amend the initial, variance of 48 feet from Mashpee <br /> regulation' of well-. to septic to a variance of - 3 feet,, Mr., Wilson seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Wilson motioned to adjourn this meeting at 6:30 <br /> 4 <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veorni a Warden, Principal Clerk <br />
