Mr. costa addressed his concerns to the Board regarding bids for the Transfer station and relayed to the Board that Mr. Virgilio m'a'y- enter his bid at a lesser amount as monies for equipment have previously been appropriated. Mr. Greelish commented this issue will be taken under consideration' Prior to bid -award.- Mr. idaward,.Mr, costa stated this office, as well as, Weston & Sampson will be issuing specs and plans. R
