Evans relayed*to the Board that the system was inspected and found <br /> to be in failure. <br /> Mr. Creel i sh- roti oned to declare this system in failure and shall be <br /> certified a's -avem rgency. re a i r, Mrs,. costa seconded. <br /> The Board forwarded their signatures to the emergency certification form. <br /> Response from Marina' s for boat pump-out policy <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he 1s receipt of a response from three <br /> Marina' s inregards -to boat pump-outs and commented all three indicated they <br /> are not responsible for boat pump-outs. Mr. McQuaid stated the marina' s exist- <br /> ing <br /> ncist- <br /> ing in the town are not large enough to handle the boats with heads in them <br /> and commented, in his opinion, this Board should not adopt an unnecessary re- <br /> ulation. <br /> The Board was 1n greearice. <br /> E.P.A. Numbe <br /> Mr. Greelish stated this Board will allocate Mr. Virgillo two weeks in <br /> which to obtain the E.P.A. number, if results are not received by that date <br /> this Board will research the matter and take the appropriate steps 'to obtain <br /> the number. <br /> Collapse of septic system cover to trailer at D.P.W. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated Mr. Virgilio has informed hire the Wes Construction <br /> Company accidentally drove over the septic tank than services he. -trailer and <br /> explained that Nor. Virgilio is questioning as to whether engineering plans are <br /> required for repair, or whether his men could place a metal cover over the <br /> collapsed corer, which would remain until such time as the trailer is no longer <br /> necessary. <br />
