At this time e the Board <br /> I <br /> forwarded their signatures to the waiver. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Down gape <br /> En ineeri - 282 Cranberry Avenue <br /> Mr.. A 1 Robertti ,, representing' the firm of Down Cape Engineering, was in <br /> attendance. Abutters Bill Martin, representing the Driarwood Association, Samuel <br /> Singer, Margaret -and Maryanne Kilty and Michael Lally were also in attendance. <br /> Mr. obertt i submitted revised, plans before 'the Board and stated he has <br /> re i orated the house back seven feet and shifted the septic slightly io accomo- <br /> date septic in that area. Mr. Robertti informed the Board plans now maintain <br /> 10feet from owners septic to abutting wells across the street and also pro- <br /> vide 1181 and 130' from side abutting lots -and further Commented 20' will be <br /> maintained from any foundation. Mr. ober-tt i explained he did stake the septic <br /> on lot 283 with the owner and also located the septic on lot 281 with that owner. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Costa explained to abutters present that, the Engineer has provided the <br /> most adequate distances possible from abutting wells, <br /> Mr. Partin questioned Mr. Albertti as to why the owner is installing a <br /> i <br /> well when public water will be supplied in the -fall . <br /> i - <br /> 1 <br /> Mr. Costa explained to Mr, Martin that the..5o ner has met the minimum re- <br /> qu rerents of the lot when it was purchased. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Singer questioned lir. Robertti as to whether 1001 d' stars Ce from the <br /> water~ must be maintained, as this is- a by-law. <br /> Mr. Greelish explained that this is a Conservation Commission issue and <br /> commented the owner rust reCeive..,approval from D.E. .E, <br /> Mr. Costa reiterated his earlier comments stating the engineer has revised <br /> plans to protect 'abut-Lingwells. <br /> 1r.
