MINUTES May 15, 1989 5 BOARD OF HEALTH Mr, Alberti requested permission -to locate the well further away from septic. Ir. Variance request, lot 18 High Sachem- Road. Mr. Evans informed the Board the owner is requesting a 421 Variance from the Mashpee Board of Health regulations of 150' . Nor. Creel i sh motioned to grant the 42' Variance from well to septic as requested with the stipulation plans presented conform to the master plan on file,, the -owner rust request a variance from the moratorium, a V-.o. . .water test 'is performed, awaiver i signed by this Board and the owner; and .filed with the Registry of Deeds, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed.
