MINUTES Jud 0 1989 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> I y <br /> y' Dolphin Bay <br /> Ii d ■ . 1 <br /> 1 r <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated 1� ',na� ,f rawa ' l tt� r� Larry Dayan t D,E. ,E. <br /> which states the Boards concerns with proposed plans. <br /> The Board rear i ewe .,1Y the letter. <br /> 1 - <br /> 4 <br /> R <br /> Cape Cod Ballet Society - <br /> Mr. Evans informed the Board a representative of the Cape Cod Ballet <br /> Society is requesting permission to operate four hot dog stands and two <br /> popcorn stands for the concerts which will be held at Mashpee Commons on <br /> August 1 , 1989. lir. Evans stated the a piicant is requesting these permits <br /> at no charge as they are a non-profit organization. <br /> Mr. Evans explained to -the Board the representative will attend 'the <br /> net scheduled meeting to d i-scuss these requests. <br /> Water Quality Monitoring program - <br /> , r. Evans commented to the Board that the standards proposed are nearly <br /> impossible to meet. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, in his opinion, the proposed standards are arbitrary <br /> and capricious and would not stand up in a court of law. <br /> i <br /> r. costa requested r. McQuaid to inform the Plnni Board that this <br /> Board will recommend state standards be implemented for the monitoring pro- <br /> gram. <br /> I�46 <br /> Liberty Tree Landscape <br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to inform the owner that all wood, <br /> deposited at the landfill is to be cut into 2' lengths. <br /> Landfill <br /> Mr. Gree l i sh requested Mr. McQuaid forward a memo -to the D.P.W. Di rector <br /> questioning hien as to why the signs are missing in the leaf composting area. <br /> i <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Doherty motioned to adjourn this meeting at <br /> 20 p.m. , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfullysubmitted, <br /> Veronica Warden <br /> Principal clerk <br />
