IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE of TRANSCRIBING MINUTES. Mr. Stephen J, Greelish, acting chairman 1 . Warrants signed . Mr, Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of July 20, 1989, Mr, Greeiish seconded. . Letter from Es construction re: Occupancy permit for Transfer Station - r. McQuaid commented Weston & Sampson are expected to attend this meet- in a :30 at which time this matter will be brought up. APPOINIMEIT : Karen Harty - C.C. Ballet Society Ms, Harty was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. Mr. Greelish informed Ms. Harty this Board did request written verifi- cation that the Ballet society is a non-profit organization. Mr. McQuaid expiained to the Board that Ms. Harty did submit written verification a few days ago. . Mr. McQuaid presented the documentation to the Board. Mr. Gree l i s h motioned to waive the food permit fee for the operation of four hot dog stands and two popcorn stands at Mashpee Commons August 1 , 19895 Mr. Doherty seconded. 4. ) Copy of memo from A. F i o rent i n i to Selectmen e: TEAL meeting at Otis 7/ 1 89 - Mr, Evans informed the Board he has been asked to join the Otis Advisory Committee beginning October 1 , 1989. rs .
