Bldg. lnspe tor, permission was not ob- <br /> tained....-t , us %or occupy the. ui,lding,' ' r-: Gree-lish. r'e emmenaed water be pro- <br /> vided at the. site as soon as possible and requested Weston & Sampson to re- <br /> e rh 'the costs and Mform the Board of the approximate fee. <br /> M . Greelish questioned Mr. Sipione and Mr. Hanlon as to what remaining <br /> . work -is required, other than WBS Construct i.on. <br /> Mr. s i p i one responded- the only items left that WBS has to perform are <br /> mooring the fence .up and removing the trailer. Mr. S i p i one stated he has <br /> asked WES Construction to provide the costs for a sprinkler system and <br /> commented WES did forward a letter to them- requesting a `.Yun h .L.i st" ,s -they <br /> can tura the building over on the 13th. <br /> Mr. Hanlon explained that WES did question the insurance at the closing <br /> and commented it was stated that once the town tames it over and uses it <br /> or has beneficial use of it WES is rei ieved of their responsi i 1 it.ies and <br /> i,l 1 then canoe1 their insurance policy. <br /> Mr, so i.p ione stated Weston & Sampson have forwarded their recommend- <br /> ations that the town tale beneficial occupancy, which they have. <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned Michael Scipione and Michael Hanlon as to how <br /> far in advance they 'Knew that water would not be available. <br /> M . Sipione rsponded. appoxitely two months and tormented it was <br /> discussed as to whether a ell be instal-led or maintain the sanitary f olli- <br /> ties at the trailer. Mr. Scipione stated it. would be a siimple procedure to <br /> install a well at the site. <br /> Mr, Greelish reiterated his earlier comments requesting Weston <br /> Sampson to research the costs for the installation of a well and commented <br /> he i 'll consult with the Mater Commissioners as to whether the proposed date <br /> for- town. water is on sedu i e. <br /> Mr. Gree l i s h informed Mr. 8 i p i one and M,r.. Hanlon- that composti-ng cannot <br /> be initiated up top until the loads have been wet down. <br /> Mr. sc i p i one informed the Board that the Water Department proposes town <br /> water at the site by September. <br />
