Copy of Sandwich 's B.O.H. reg. re: Septic systems on coastal beaches <br /> dunes dnd barrier beaches - Mr. McQuaid requested the Board to review <br /> this regulation for comments and stated he did forward a copy t6 the <br /> Conservation Commission for their comments. <br /> 22. ) Zoning Board of Appeals agenda. for 8/23189 see last item - Mr. Gree l i sh <br /> commented Mr. Mendlesore will be required to obtain a discharge permit. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated fie will attend this Z.B.A, meeting. <br /> 23 & 2 Discussion of Contractual agreement with Denise Suilivan and <br /> Discussion of article re: New position - Mr. McQuaid stated <br /> Ms. Sullivan has requested this discussion to be held until the full <br /> Board is in attendance. Mr. McQuaid did inform the Board he met with <br /> he e u�tive Secretary who stated he had serious problems with paying <br /> an existing part-time employee out of the expense account without re- <br /> ceiving <br /> e!cei ing comment from the clerical union, town accountant and personnel <br /> board. Mr. McQuaid e- p I a i ned -that Mr. Nutti ng urggeted that a member <br /> of this Board consult with the Finance Commi tee and request a transfer <br /> of funds from -the Reserve fund to o'ur wage account, Ms. Sullivan would <br /> be required, once monies have been rude avaiiable, to submit a written <br /> statement to the effectthat this is a temporary extra duty and -that <br /> benefits would not be requested of town. <br /> Mr , Greelish stated the job has been underestimated. <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded that bhce the ten week period -epires, -hopefully <br /> the position would be created and, the job would be continued until cor- <br /> p 1 eted. <br /> Mr. McQuaid requested this Boards permission to submit the two articles <br /> as presented. <br /> Mr, Doherty and Mr. Gree l i sh approved of the articles submittal for <br /> special town meeting. <br />
