Herbert, 13 Nick Trail , increased living space <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board the owner proposes to finish of his attic <br /> and convert it into habitable space. Mr. McQuaid explained that the owner <br /> did request an addition in 1985 at which this this Board did express its <br /> concern over the existing system and their is no pumping record indicating <br /> this system has ever been maintained. M . McQuaid stated the system is <br /> not Title V it appears to have a double cesspool . Mr. McQuaid forwarded <br /> his recommendations that the system be updated to Title v providing -the <br /> owner and abutters are hooked up to High Wood Water. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to require the owner -to install a engineered Title <br /> system, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> 17. Emergency Repair certification, 24 East road - fir. Evans informed the <br /> Board the system has been inspected and was found to be in failure <br /> Mr. Evans stated the existing system has a 1000 gallon tank. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency certi f i ca- <br /> t i on fora, Mr. Gree i i sh motioned to approve the upgrade/repair as <br /> requested, lir. Doherty seconded. <br />
