McQuaid to keep the <br /> Board informed of this situation. <br /> 4. ) commerc i a i permit application, Fulton Painting & Contracting - Mr. <br /> Costa stated the applicant is requesting use of the landfill to dispose <br /> of approximately 30 pint cans per week, bleach bottles and paint rags <br /> and commented the applicant has also stated when economy picks up he would <br /> like to dispose of building materials also. <br /> Mr. Gree1ish stated small businesses should be allowed at the landfill <br /> however commercial bulls will require private pick-up. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated his concern is where the commercial materiais. wili <br /> be d i opsed of if not permitted at the landfill . <br /> Nor. Costa stated Mr. Fulton will be. required to dispose of the building <br /> materials at cape Resources. <br /> Mr. Gree 1 i sh motioned to grant a Commercial pear i.t'. to Fulton Painting <br /> and Contracting with the stipulation upon renewal this Board will review <br /> the permit request to determine the amounts disposed of and whether <br /> a commercial hauler should be retained by the applicant for disposai pur- <br /> poses, Mr. Doherty- seconded, all agreed, <br /> s. ) Commercial permit application, Peter L. Jacobson, Inc. - fir. Costa <br /> stated the applicant is requesting to dispose of water tanks, water <br /> pumps and heaters at the landfill . <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a Commercial permit to Peter L. Jacobson, <br /> Inc. with the stipulation upon renewal this Board will review the renewal <br /> request to determine whether quantities disposed of rewire disposal at <br /> an. a 1 ternat i ire facility, 1r.
