SlavinSKy informed the Board we will insta1i the primary and second- <br /> ary at the sane time. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the wetlands variance as requested, Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Discussion - Dolphin Bay <br /> Attorney Kirraine relayed to the Board that his client is interested in <br /> the land swap as was stated in the .Board of Health' s memorandum to the Planning <br /> Boa cl. Attorney Kirraine stated his client will proceed.-with the p-Ian, as is, <br /> pending Grote at town meeting to allow that swap. <br /> Mr. Costa commented to Attorney K i rra i ne that test wells are proposed for <br /> the area and this Board is currently awaiting Weston and Sampson's comments on <br /> this issue. Mr, Costa informed Attorey i i rra i ne a meeting will be scheduled <br /> with the Planning Board to. discuss land issues and water quality. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Holmes & McGrath - Robert Bergman - Variance request 12 Kim Path <br /> Mr. Bergman, abutters Mr. & Mrs.. Brown (lot , and Elizabeth O'Neil were <br /> in attendance for this sohedu'i ed appointment. <br /> Mr. Bergman informed the Board a new septic system is proposed to acco- <br /> modate a proposed second story addition. lir. Bergmann stated abutting wells are <br /> located beyond a hundred feet however the owner has requested the abutters to <br /> hook into High Wood Water. Mr. Bergman stated living space will be increased <br /> by one bedroom. <br /> Mr. Brown voiced his concern with the water quality of his well however <br /> stated he is not opposed to the requested variance. <br /> Mr. Costa stated the proposed system is an improvement over the existing <br /> system. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated his preference is coif ussor%s however due to the lot <br /> size and the fact that the owner does not propose to expand towards iof 11 <br /> the only alternative "title V system to install is the trench system. <br /> Mr. Gree l i sh motioned to grant the sideline variance, wet i ands setback <br /> variance, foundation variance and variance for slope breakout as requested <br /> with the stipulation the owner of lot 12 (Rhoda) submit a letter in writing <br /> o this Board stating no opposition to the requested variances, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded. all agreed. <br /> JOSEPH DIA to <br /> Mr. DiMaggio informed the Board commercial landscape trucks have been <br /> disposing of ha ardouse materials at the- landfill by placing this material <br /> under their brush. <br /> Mr'. Costa in-formed r. D i a g l o his men will be required to check the <br /> trucks prior to permitting them in the landfill area until such time as a <br /> system has been devised to correct the problem. <br />
