Mr. McQuaid stated the Board -was concerned with the <br /> size of the proposed dwelling and its impact on the lot. <br /> Attorney Kirraine questioned the Board of Health 's juristiction over <br /> wetlands delineation in reldtion to the,p l ac ment of septic systoms and re- <br /> layed that Variances have been granted by the Board of Appeals for lot cov- <br /> erage. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board the existing "Order of Condi cion " has <br /> expired arid commented this Board i not in receipt of the extension. <br />
