MINUTES August ,24, 1989 5 BOARD of HEALTH i Mr. jacobi was in attendance for this meeting. i Mr. Jacobi presented the subdivision pian that was endorsed by the Planning Board as an "AfR" and commented -the plan has been revised de1i- neating .the existing system on the iot and,the system on the abutting lot as requested by this Board. Mr, Costa motioned to grant the Variances as requested with thestip- ulation the plan is viewed by Mr. Greelish and meets his approval , lir. Doherty seconded. . Letter from Mashpee Water District re: Briarwood water supply - Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to inform the Water District they should consult with ,Town ounsel�: R Y a r i # r t tv Mr. Fara .hcommented he aidwspeak wi h Nate-Ellis who-'relayed-there i a pumping station problem as the bid was contested meaning water pro- posed for the .area wi-11 be postponed #for. a period of time. . Letter from D.E.P. to Board re: Landfi 11. Cappi.ng plan Mr. McQuaid inform-ed the Board D.E.P. i s in receipt of the Capping Plan and has forwarded their approval . . Alert from dept.- of Public Health re: Parallytic Shellfish poisoning - ir, McQuaid informed the Board he did consult with the She -if i sh Warden who stated lie was aware of the alertnotice. . Letter of appreciation from I apan Poor-Wow Committee - The Board acknowledged receiving the ietter. 9. ) Meeting announcement: South Cape Beach Advisory Committee and copy of minutes - {fir. Costa requested Mr. Evans to attend the meeting. 10. ) Application for food service permit, Mashpee Elementary school ,, request waiver of fee - fir. Costa motioneT to waive the Foo . Es ab i shment- perm i t fee however stipulated inspections will take place on a regular basis, Mr. Doherty seconded. 11 . ) Application for commercial sticker, Robert C. Fernald, Jr. - Mr. McQuaid informed the Beard Mr. Fernald was issued a -temporary pass for the iandfi i i and relayed. to Mr. Fernald that all brush and carpeting , etc. must be cut into -two foot lengths Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the permit as requested, Mr. Costa seconded* 12. Application for commercial sticker, Apple Landscaping - Mr. McQuaid stated -the landscaping company has been issued previous sti kers and commented the owner is requesting a reduction in the fee as the sticker expires in five months. Mr, Doherty motioned to grant the commercial as requested, Mr. Costa sec- onded.
