TOWN OF MASHPEE BOARD OF HEALTH • September 21 , 1989 Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present: George R. Costa and John T. Doherty 1HE TAPE IS N01 PART OF THE MEETING. IT IS FOR THE -PURPOSE OF TRANSCRIBING MINUTES. Mr. George R. Costa, -Chairman At this time Mr. Costa motioned to authorize fir* McQuaid to sign payroll vouchers in his absence, Mr. Doherty seconded. 1 . ) Warrants signed . ) - Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of September 14, 1989, Mr. Costa seconded. 3. ) from Joyce re: Special Town Meet i ng - 1 . McQuaid informed the Boar r, Dolan requestedthe Boar to submit a report of increased revenues which would result in the justification of creating a full- time ull- time position . Mr. Costa stated he will consult with Mr. Dolan and requested Mr. McQuaid to prepare the report. . ) Copy of letter frmo agent to D.E.P. re: Asphauit shingles and pressure treated wood - Mr. McQuaid relayed in speaking with Gary Prahm he felt . this would be acceptable, however there is not a written poli y. from D.E,P. . Copy of minutes of Otis Transfer Station Beard of Managers ers Meeting - 1r. McQuaid informed' the Board the Selectmen's Office has requested that he be appointed as representative for the town of Mashpee. fir. McQuaid 'stated he wouid be willing to accept the appointment.
