Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to <br /> forward a letter to Mr. Pare informing h ire of this Board 's decision. <br /> 11-. Copy -of memo from A. Mr. McQuaid commented distances <br /> at the time of recording were 100' between well and sept i.c <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned -the proposed. location of the septic as- there is <br /> an alternative area in which to place the system which would not require <br /> variances. <br /> Mr. McQuaid requested a continuance unti'l.'-such -time as -he has had the <br /> opportunity to consult with the engineer. <br /> Board members were in agreeance-. <br /> 14. Perc extension, spohr for spohr, Lot 1 Hamblin Road - Mr. costa stated <br /> iscussion has taken place re gar ung this lot and recommended the lot be <br /> r -.pe r iced. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed -the Board the Conservation Commission will verify <br /> the edge of the wetlands and commented dine to the relocaton of the leach- <br /> ing he would also recommend reperki ng the i of. <br /> . Doherty motioned to deny the request for a perk extension, Mr. Costa <br /> seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT : Janie Regan - Citizens for sensible Growth in Mashpee <br /> . Regan -was in attendance for this -scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Regan stated he is present this evening to discuss whether -the Board <br /> of Health has adopted any regulations regarding the inspection of a septic <br /> system upon transference of a residential home. Mr. Regan commented various <br /> towns on the Cape have adopted this type of regulation and would life to <br /> initiate this type of procedure in this town. <br />
