Gree l i sh <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PAP1+ of THE MEETING. IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE of TRANSCRIBING <br /> I UTEs. <br /> fir. George P. costa, chairman <br /> 1 . Warrants signed <br /> . ) Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the minutes of October 5., 1989,, lir. <br /> Costa seconded. <br /> At this time the Board forwarded their signatures to the fiscal year <br /> 1990 contract with the cape cod council on Alcoholism. <br /> PPO I NI ENT: Ron B nv-i e - Southport occupancy pemr i is <br /> Mr. Ronald Bonvie and jack y .n, builder of the treatment plant) , were <br /> in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Ir. Greelish informed -Mrs. Bonvie this Board is agreeable with the re- <br /> quests stated in his letter however would prefer holding tanks be utilized <br /> and septae hauled out, as opposed to activating the leaching fields. Cer- <br /> tification from D.E.P. that th-e system is operational will be required. <br /> Mr. Ryan stated -the system is expected to be ready by the first part of <br /> September. <br /> Mr. Bonvie explained if for any reason the development is not finished <br /> ando occupants were residing at the complex the f i e i d could be utilized. <br /> Mr. Costa questioned Mr. Bonvie as to whether he will be providing a <br /> bond to the town. <br /> 1r. Bonvie responded no, his intentions are to provide a letter from <br /> the bank stating the amount of funds, remaining to c mp.le e,the facility. <br /> * ■ <br /> ,fir~. McQuaid stated r.
