Nash, 57 Timberline Drive Mr. <br /> McQuaid explained the to-ta l flow is ejected into the e x i st i nq septi <br /> tank and the existing leaching field. They have had problems with <br /> their existing, electric pump and propose 'to move the ejector pit into <br /> the basement and only pump the flow from the basement bathroom upto <br /> the tank, the rest of the system will be. gravity fed. D.E.P. approval is <br /> required for the ejector pump. Mr. McQuaid questioned as to whether <br /> a variance is required from the location of the existing 1000 gallon <br /> tangy from the sideline as it is already in .place, Mr. McQuaid stated <br /> the owner is increasing the size of the dwelling. <br /> Mr. Evans commented he did recommend to the owner that they split: the <br /> flow of the normal gravity flow from the major part of the house, if <br /> D.E*P, grants approval for the partial ejection system. Mr. Evans <br /> stated the owner did not inform. him that they are proposing an in- <br /> crease in the size of the house. <br /> Mr, Greelish recommended the system be brought up to Title v standards <br /> and inform the owner this Board is aware the existing sy em is illegal <br /> and will not support expansion of the property at this time. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to deny the requested variance,, Mr. Doherty sec- <br /> onded, all agreed. <br /> 24. ) request, Cape & Islands, for J. Esper,, lot 273 Dayshor;e Drive <br /> Mr. M uai in ormed the Board the owner is requesting a variance from <br /> the local Board of Health regulations requiring 150' from well to septic. <br /> The well and leaching are aordi n . to the master plan on file and con <br /> salted with the Conservation Commission who relayed that they do not <br /> have jurisdiction in this matter. <br /> Mr. Greeiish motioned to grant the variance as requested, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> . Variance request, Arrow for N. Zevitas, Lot 35 James Circle - Mr. McQuaid <br /> informed -the Board plans submitted are not - stamped by the engineer. Var- <br /> iances requested are from owners well to abutting septic systems. <br /> M . Eras suggested re-perking the lot as plans do 'not delineate the <br /> septic being placed i n the area where -the pert took place. <br />
