MINUTES October 26 1989 6 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Gree l i sh stated, ,as abutters are involved i n this variance request <br /> a public hearing will be required. <br /> Board members were - in agreeance. <br /> Mr. costa requested Mr. McQuaid to inform the engin era public hearing <br /> ill be required. <br /> . Proposed form for food service plan review - Mr. Evans presented a <br /> draft- of the food service pian review to the Board and recommended t i <br /> review for food establishments be adopted as a policy of this Board. <br /> The Board was in agreeance to adopt this procedure for ll newly con- <br /> stucted, extensive remodeling or conversions of existing structures <br /> for use as food establ i-shments.. <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Meeting with F i n'ance committee <br /> . McQuaid reminded Board members of the meeting with the Finance <br /> Commit-tee on November 7, 1989 @ 7:30 p.m.-to discuss articles for the up- <br /> coming special town meeting. <br /> Request from the "Pennysaver" for a one day pass to the landfill <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board the Pennysaver is requesting a one day <br /> temporary pass to dispose of newspapers at the landfill . <br /> The Board was in agreeance to issue the pass however would like news- <br /> papers placed in the recycling bin . <br /> School committee Meeting <br /> Ir. Greelish stated Board of Health members ret with members of the <br /> School -Committee and Parents Teachers association advising them of the current. <br /> situation with the water and that it is likely that within two more test <br /> rounds this Board wl i i remove the restrictions from the school and allow <br /> -them to use their water system.
