Doherty <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART of THE MEETING. IT' IS FOR THE PURPOSING of TRANSCRIBING <br /> MINUTES. <br /> Mr. Stephen J. -Greelish , Actin Chairman <br /> APPOINTMENT : Father Tost i -- Christ the King Parish water situation <br /> FathOr Tost i was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid -informed the Board the r'esul is of one round rof sam 1 In` , once <br /> the flushing program was :instituted , if di ated 'lead lever .below 50 ppi)._ Father <br /> Tost i is requesting approval..,from this Board to hold an open house. Mr. McQuaid <br /> did re l.ay water- samples were taken around 11.,oo after flushing took place. <br /> Mr. Greelish stay ed where flushing has been successfull , this -Board will <br /> allow opening however. samples and flushing will continue until two consecutive <br /> samples are received i nd i art-i-ng .lead leve-l 'be I ow ppb. 7 . <br /> Father Tost i stated dedication of the church. will take place ovembe r 26, <br /> 1989 and would like to open full facilities from -that dame on. Education pro- <br /> grams will not begin until January 26, 1989. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated fie is in agreeance with Mr. Gr ee l i s h 's recommendations <br /> i of issuing a temporary oe updn y permit, however suggested a memo be drafted <br /> to the building department informing them this Board will s' rr off on a temp_ <br /> orary permit for a period of fourteen days 'by which time necessary water re- <br /> sults. will have been received for full o upany. <br /> Board members were in agreeance to sign-off ona 14- day temporary -o eu- <br /> pansy permit. <br /> 1 . Warrants signed <br /> . lir. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of November 9, 1989, Mr. Greelish <br /> seconded. <br /> . Copy of Bi-monthly inspection of landfill by Weston & Sampson -- Mr. McQuaid <br /> informed the Board Mr. D i la g i o d i d relay' his concern that 99T. of the white <br /> goods ae u'mulated were accumulated prior 'to his take-over of operations and <br /> standing water accumulated is not his responsibility. Mr. D i Magg i o d i d <br /> stated he is in the process of regrading the area to get rid of the stand- <br /> ing water. <br /> Mr. Greelish commented it is his understanding that most of -the solution <br /> of -the problem was put forth by Mr. D i Magg i o and resolved by him. <br />
