Copy of letter from Weston & Sampson to D.E.P. re: Pilot study - Mr. Gree ish stated it will be necessary for Board members to review this for comment prior -to net week' s meeting. . . Copy of letter from Weston & Sampson to Selectman Gottlieb re: Pilot Study - Beard members acknowledged recei irig a copy of the letter. . Copies of two letters from D.E.P. to A.N.G. re: Otis groundwater con- tamination on- taminatiori - Mr. McQuaid s to ted D.E.P. did approve the sampling method as proposed by A.N.G. . Copy of letter from. D.E.P. to Dufresne-Henry re; Phased expansion of Fields Point Treatment Plant - Mr. McQuaid commented they do propose to forego the requirement on behalf of Dufresne-Henry to install tie leaching fields for phase II expansion of the treatment plant because of their limited flow at- the current treatment plant. Pri- vate i- vate investors have viewed the site and determined various lots to be more valuable and saleable than the lots in the phase l subdivision. Mr. McQuaid commented Mr, Hostetter is requesting a letter from this Board to the Planning Board which would release the more saleable lots within the other phases. Monitoring of the flow will be required until the 15,000 ga l l orI limit is reached at which time e the regional or private treatment plant must be on-iine. Mr. McQuaid informed the Board Dr. Deloura slid indicate he would notify the parents prior removal of bottled water.
