Copy of letter from Weston & Sampson to Selectman Gottlieb re: Pilot <br /> Study - Beard members acknowledged recei irig a copy of the letter. <br /> . Copies of two letters from D.E.P. to A.N.G. re: Otis groundwater con- <br /> tamination <br /> on- <br /> taminatiori - Mr. McQuaid s to ted D.E.P. did approve the sampling method <br /> as proposed by A.N.G. <br /> . Copy of letter from. D.E.P. to Dufresne-Henry re; Phased expansion of <br /> Fields Point Treatment Plant - Mr. McQuaid commented they do propose <br /> to forego the requirement on behalf of Dufresne-Henry to install tie <br /> leaching fields for phase II expansion of the treatment plant because <br /> of their limited flow at- the current treatment plant. Pri- <br /> vate <br /> i- <br /> vate investors have viewed the site and determined various lots to be <br /> more valuable and saleable than the lots in the phase l subdivision. <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented Mr, Hostetter is requesting a letter from this <br /> Board to the Planning Board which would release the more saleable lots <br /> within the other phases. Monitoring of the flow will be required until <br /> the 15,000 ga l l orI limit is reached at which time e the regional or private <br /> treatment plant must be on-iine. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated this is in line with the Board' s intent. <br /> 10. Mr. McQuaid suggested another round of sampling be -taken <br /> after the school Christmas vacation, (bothfirst draw and after a flush) , <br /> if results are oompatable to the most recent a na l,y i .,the flushing- pro- <br /> gram <br /> lushing- pro;gram cou l'd be dropped. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board Dr. Deloura slid indicate he would notify <br /> the parents prior removal of bottled water. <br />
