Gr ee l i h stated the bill received by this office <br /> for battery totes should be forwarded to the Transfer Station Building <br /> Committee for payment as this was considered in monies acquired for <br /> equipment allowance- in that account. <br /> 2. ) Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of November 30, 1989, fir, <br /> reelish seconded. <br /> : . <br /> Response from Fields Point e: Complaint on treatment plant - Mr. <br /> McQuaid stated -he,was informed of a co np a int directed to the Mater <br /> District commission regarding an bad odor eminating from the treatment <br /> iart. The comp1aintant anonymous stated he walked the grounds and <br /> saw solid effluent dischar%ged from -the treatment plant onto the sand <br /> leaching beds. Mr. McQuaid stated he walked the area, no odor~ was <br /> found to be eminating from the plant, no signs_ of solids beim dis- <br /> charged were#found. In speaking with Mrd. Storrs he did relay that he <br /> would forward ' a letter .to the Board i nf_ormi ng- thea o -tthe situation. <br /> Mr. McQuaid -stated "pri or to 'the comp i a i nt ac umu l ated sludge was re- <br /> moved which may have been cause for the odor. <br /> ir ■ 1 L 4 <br /> 4. Follow-up on memo 10-/21/89) re; Overpayment by Otis Trailer Village <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board copies of previous payments were sub- <br /> ratted to this office today, as requested by this Board. Mr. McQuaid <br /> questioned the Board as to whether they wish to pursue this matter <br /> and prepare an article for annual town meeting for reirnbursement <br /> of overpayments.
