The on-site <br /> inspection showed a pit that was approximately two feet below the invert. (It must <br /> have been pumped.) The contractor is to provide his own design system. The <br /> homeowner will hook up to town water. The meter is already in place and he is <br /> paying minimum now. The well can be used for irrigation. The next door <br /> neighbors well died. Therefore she is on town water-. So the setback to the well <br /> have been abated so an emergency repair can be done. <br /> The Board members for warded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification form. <br /> . Ill ml Dumping: Tavares, Doisy Dole load <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that he and Ms. Tavares have spoken on a <br /> number occasions. IVIS. Tavares said that she would take care of cleaning up the <br /> area. She did and he went back out to re-inspect. There was little bit left out <br /> there. He called IVIS. Tavares and advised her of the need to clean the last bit up. <br /> Ms. Tavares went back out there and cleaned the remainder up. It has been <br /> cleaned to his satisfaction. <br /> Mr. Doherty ma de a motion to rescind the citation. Mr. Ball so moved. Mr. Santos <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> S.
