Bill Everett of J � <br /> R Sales delivered the Fast System that goes into the tank. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked who dug the hole to drop the tank in. <br /> Mr. Labute replied that he dug the hole. He did the excavation for the trenches, D- <br /> box and the tank. J & R Sales came do to install the Fast System. Mr. Everett <br /> gave him the compressor, which he was supposed to install wherever the owner <br /> wants it. Mr. Kerrigan did run over the pipe that he had across the driveway and <br /> broke it. Mr. Labute happened to go by the house and the air from the corepressor <br /> was shooting the rocks up into the air. In other words, Mr. Kerrigan never put it <br /> below the surface life it was supposed to be. He doesn't even thinly they used <br /> schedule 40 pipe. It was probably the cheap 35 or 30 pipes. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that it looked like schedule 20 pipe. She even spore to J & l <br /> Sales at the time and informed there of ghat was going on. She called Mr. Kerrigan <br /> and told hire that the Fast System was functioning and that the BOH needed <br /> contract. Everything that was needed for a certificate of occupancy. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked who had the maintenance agreement. <br /> Ms. warden replied that J & R Sales had the maintenance contract. <br /> Mr. Labute continued that when J & R Sales spoke to him. They stated that when <br /> Mr. Kerrigan's lawyer threatened therm. They called him up. But, Mr. Labute didn't <br /> grant to hold anybody responsible. They came down and did what they were <br /> contracted to do for him. In turn, Mr. Kerrigan had his lawyer h un iin them <br /> about something. Mr. Labute didn't really know what it was that they were <br /> hounding them about. But, much like the DoH they didn't want to be put In the <br /> middle. He told J & R Sales that that was fine. He would excuse them because he <br /> knew.that they did everything that Mountain Company asked thein to do. They <br /> installed, dropped the corepressor off arra gave hire the electrical component parts. <br /> Just write hire a letter stating that J & r Sales was not responsible, he would be <br /> glad to do that for there. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked hire if he dropped the components into their respective places. <br /> Did he hook them up <br /> Mr. Labute confirmed that he slid drop the components into their proper places. He <br /> didn't hook the D-box up. He hoofed the trenches up as far as the D-box. He didn't <br /> plug thein into the D-box. He didn't do those things because Mr. Kerrigan told him <br /> that he wasn't going to pay hire anymore. He then told Mr. Kerrigan that the <br /> system was going to sit. He further told hire that Mr. Kerrigan could not hoof that <br /> 10 <br />
