Mr. <br /> Kerrigan was illegally occupying the property without the occupancy permit, which <br /> the BOH wouldn't sign off on because the Fast System wasn't hoofed up at the <br /> time and because of incomplete installation, lir. wheeler took action and took it to <br /> the state. The state overrode Mr. wheeler and stated that they would issue the <br /> occupancy permit. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the Building Department gent after his building license. <br /> The Building Department did nothing regarding the occupancy permit. <br /> Mr. Labute stated that Mr. Kerrigan is 65 years old. How many houses is he going <br /> to build? He stated that Mr. Kerrigan told him that he was going to sell this house <br /> and go to Florida to retire. Mr. Kerrigan engaged Mr. <br /> Labute's services to install this system or did the engineer engage him? <br /> Mr. Labute stated that Mr. Kerrigan fired him to put this system. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked if Mr. Labute provided the engineer or dict Mr. Kerrigan. <br /> Mr. Labute replied that Mr. Kerrigan Mired the engineer. <br /> Mr. Doherty confirmed that Mr. Kerrigan hired him and the engineer. He then <br /> asked if Mr. Labute hired J & R Sales. <br /> Mr. Labute hired J & R Sales as a subcontractor. <br /> Mr. Doherty confirmed that J & R provided the material.arra Mr. Labute was <br /> supposed to do all of the hook--ups, Did Mr. Kerrigan pay Mr. Labute enough to pay <br /> there? <br /> Mr. Labute replied that Mr. Kerrigan paid hire enough to pay for the system but <br /> not enough to put it into the ground. <br /> Mr. Doherty confirmed that Mr. Kerrigan did pay Mr. Labute something but not the <br /> full amount. <br /> i <br />
