Mr. Harrington stated that he didn't know what the New Hampshire regulations <br /> were. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if the town regulations demanded that he have a hepatitis <br /> vaccination. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that there was a letter that confirmed that he had his <br /> series of three vaccines. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if he had his blood test after the hirci vaccine to confirm that the <br /> vaccine actually took to his system. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he didn't remember having it done. He didn't know. He <br /> didn't realize that there was a test to see if it actually took in his system. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that he had to do that because he dealt with pathological and <br /> infectious waste. He goes back after 6 weeks after the third one. They took a blood <br /> test to say that it took. Do they want to flat out deny this right now.? <br /> Ms. 'Darden asked if they should continue it? <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that if the application was not complete. Then it is not <br /> complete. If the applicant hasn't given IIIb. Harrington everything that he has asked <br /> for then the BOH will continue it. <br /> Mr. Harrington agreed that he would continue it and let the applicant know that <br /> those other item are basically in the regulation acrd need to be addressed. He vent <br /> through thein and included them in the agenda as a checklist for the BOH <br /> embers to request of the applicant. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked if the health agents wanted to call Abington and see if they had <br /> any problems with the artist. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that that would be fine. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if this was the first body art shop application. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that that was correct. <br /> Mr. Santos was concerned about the tattooing on the face. He had read an article <br /> that anther one of the towns had prohibited tattooing on the face due to some type <br /> of health hazard. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked if he had any medical or scientific rational. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that he didn't have any. He just warted to mention that he had <br /> read this as an area of concern. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked if he could have the BOH memo rs'opinion on the items that <br /> 1 <br />
