Mr. Harrington stated that that one-year on the O & M contract <br /> can be reduced by request after the first year. <br /> Mr. Doyle reiterated that if they could waive the variance on the <br /> reserve then he could probably proceed with the plan as is. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that he didn't see a problem with this request. <br /> Mr. Harrington interjected that he hated to bring this one property <br /> up. But, the Brickyard was allowed as new construction and given <br /> that variance. This is a remedial situation. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that they did that for the 99 Restaurant too. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to grant a variance to not require a <br /> reserve area install from local Regulation 15 and to allow the <br /> existing well to be used for monitoring purposes. A motion was <br /> also made to grant a variance for the denitrification system. Mr. <br /> Dohertyseconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> F. Budget Fiscal Year 2002 <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> A discussion ensued between the health agents and the BOH <br /> members regarding the budget. Mr. Ball made a motion to submit <br /> the budge as is. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Ball made a motion to adjourn this <br /> meeting at 8:08 PM. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion.
