The Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency
Certification form.
69 Yardarm Drive
Mr. Harrington noted that the septic tank was filled to the top.
There was evidence of breakout at the pit. The intent is to install
two or three 500-gallon chambers with 4' of stone depending upon
the number of bedrooms present and where the water line is
located.
The Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency
Failure Certification form.
4. Request for Return of Interest from Commercial Hauler's Bond:
Pina Sanitation Service, Inc.
Ms. Warden began by stating that if the BOH members agreed to
Pina's request, the members needed to direct Mr. Harrington to
forward a letter to the tax collector requesting her to release that
amount of money.
Mr. Doherty asked Mr. Ball for his opinion.
Mr. Ball made a motion to approve Pina Sanitation's request for
return of interest from their commercial hauler's bond with the
condition that they bring their account up to date. Otherwise the
BOH will deduct the overdue amount from the interest.
5. Request for Extension: Disposal Construction Permit, 140 Walton
Heath Way, 89 Horseshoe Bend Way, 94 West Wav
Mr. Harrington began that this was the original request from Mr.
Grotzke that had been continued from the last meeting on 140
Walton Heath Way. There has been a second request on another
property on the previous meeting that made it on the agenda. The
third request got overlooked.
Mr. Doherty asked if the letters and the requests conformed to
the outline in Mr. Harrington's letter time-wise.
Mr. Harrington confirmed that the applicants were taking the
dates right off of the letters that the BOH had sent them.
3
